While this is the same instrument you might see in a science catalog for hundreds of dollars, by developing the Baytronix brand, the factory is able to sell the same product directly at tremendous discounts. iMicroscope.com is able to make these microscopes available for sale direct to the public over the internet with a special arrangement with the factory. All of our microscopes are brand new and have never been removed from the original factory packaging. Return Policy We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. But, to keep prices as low as possible, we do not allow "trial" purchases of microscopes. Unopened and unused microscopes may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price if we receive the microscope back within 10 business days after you receive it. If you are unhappy with a microscope for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of receipt, subject to a 20% re-stocking fee to enable us to refurbishing the microscope to return it to sellable condition.
